How details are used

This website is operated by UNIVERSAL AWARDS LIMITED. The contact form collects the name, email, enquiry type and message you provide to respond to and follow up your request. The updates form collects your email and programme interests; updates begin only after email confirmation.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries are retained for 180 days and unconfirmed subscription requests for 7 days. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Confirmed subscribers can unsubscribe or delete their subscription using the links in their email; unsubscribed records are cleared within 30 days. Requests concerning a separate enquiry can be made through the contact page.

Services and security

The pages do not load advertising or analytics trackers and do not require an account. Live forms may use Cloudflare hosting and abuse-prevention services, with the relevant verification component loaded only when enabled. Processing locations and email-service arrangements will be stated when the live service opens.

Children and publication

At this stage the forms do not accept work attachments, schools, dates of birth or children’s names. A parent, guardian or participating institution should handle enquiries concerning a child. Future submission and publication permissions will be handled separately.

Select “Privacy and data request” on the contact page to describe your request. The registered office is shown in the footer. This notice is updated as functions are enabled.

Country or region

Country or region is optional and is used to route your enquiry and record your interests. A region you explicitly save is stored in this browser, separately from language; you can clear it by selecting “Not selected”. It does not set prices or eligibility.
